Very helpful and informative Technician
Michael was very helpful and informative. He gave me the feeling of having a friend over to help out vs a service technician that is there to cheat me out of my money. Although I made the decision not to go through with repairing my washer. He put in the work to figure out the problem. Unfortunately, the price to repair was almost equal to buying a new washer. My washer was 12 years old anyway. Thank you, Michael.
