Pleasant and prompt fix
Isaiah was very pleasant , informed and i'd issue right away and immediately provided estimate and fixed my Kenmore Elite Washer. it was in a utility cabinet , that was a little tight but he made it happen by pulling it out several inches. Awaiting a call back to have him return to reposition the washer back to exact location in the utility cabinet so door access to unit is accessible. i didn't notice the clearance concern until he had left. i have placed call with service to rectify . Too heavy for a 60 something gal to do it.

Refrigerator service
Martin was the technician at two visits. He was on time, professional but not friendly. My computer part went out, the part arrived at my home 4 days later. It took about 10 minutes to be installed. I like Sears protection plan which I've had for years for most of my appliances.

Glad to see Mychael after waiting almost a month for his return. Parts ordered for my Kenmore Washing Machine were the reason for delay on repairing the washing machine. Once Mychael arrived Tuesday Sept. 17, he went straight to work checking that the parts were what he ordered and boom non stop. Before I knew it, I heard him call my name to tell me all repairs were completed. So fast? I asked, "Yup" Mychael replied. "gee you're a fast tech" I said. He even offered to take the packaging's downstairs to the trash receptacle room for me. Professional and friendly. Cheered my day. Thanks Mychael.

I have had the pleasure of meeting Mychael previously. He came to my house to work on my appliances in a previous year. I was very happy to see him again. I like to see workers who stay with the company and that longevity means good things. He came and inspected the machine and instantly knew what the problem was. He had the parts on his truck. I could hear him doing a thorough cleaning and he spent at least an hour of his time servicing the dryer. I know that he inspected the machine from top to bottom. He gave me some good advice about the quality of the Kenmore appliance. They made the old models go to forever! He was extremely courteous and polite. He is extremely nice and I would be very lucky to see him again in the future. He is a credit to your organization.
