Part came and glad to gat it repaired the next day. He said the heating element is ready to fail. Don't know if he ordered that part. Don't want to wait until it does fail since he knows of the issue

EXCELLENT TECHNICIAN
Mike did an excellent job in every way. My dryer is now working on heavy loads. He was courteous, did not mind my dog, diagnosed the issues in my old dryer, fixed it efficiently and cleaned up after himself. Couldn't ask for more.
