Victor was very kind, knowledgeable and did a thorough job in checking the washer. He wasn't rushing to leave, cared about doing a great job & was easy to talk to. I wish all repair technicians were like Victor. He is a high performer & delivered the best customer service!!

Cancelled at the last minute
This review isn't really about Steve, as he did a fine job. However, the first appointment we had with him was cancelled six minutes before the appointment window, leaving us without a working refrigerator for 4 extra days. It was incredibly disruptive. The last minute notice combined with not having a replacement means that I would not recommend Sears Home Services to others.
