Victor, The Outstanding technician!
We have had Sears products for many years. We have also had many tech's visits over our 60 years with Sears products. Victor came to our home and completed the job today . I can honestly say not only was he an excellent tech. He made us feel very comfortable. He had such a sweet demeanor. My husband and I being much older. Victor was very gracious. He had the patience in dealing with my husband. He explained himself a couple times and we took a notes. That in itself, I was grateful To have such a gracious person helping. Victor, you get hundred stars from us. You're an asset To the company, A&E along with Sears. We thank The person for hiring such high quality gentleman. Who has skills in every Aspect. It was a pleasure having you into our home. Thank you for having such high standards in your workmanship. Also, the patient of Jobe. Very satisfied customers!

Ruben was the only one to come over and fix the issue. There have been so many issues with ordering a part and then the system losing the order and finally 6 weeks later Ruben fixed it. He was great. The online service portal and help desk are not helpful.
