Cesar was terrific! He persisted in trying to connect with me when my phone was malfunctioning just after I got his msg that he was on his way. He didn't give up and managed to find my residence without my assistance. He quickly diagnosed the problem component. He replaced it and my system was producing cold air again. He saved the day.

Sears is the worst service company, they made two appointments and did not show up, the third time they showed up without prior notice , it took them 2- month to fix the problem, I don't know if they really fixed it since 4 month ago that they supposedlly fixed it did not last more than two month.
