We're not happy with your service and want a full refund. You sent a person to our home who disconnected the power and now we are without electricity in our kitchen.

He just checked it and didn’t fix nothing at all he just looked inside stood there and left he didn’t solve the problem he made it seem like everything was okay but it’s still doing the same thing

Because the machine is still not fixed. They have came out here too many times and we still haven't fixed the problem. It's causing me to miss too many days of work.

Came and left. Got credit for vist and was not impressed. He told me the heater did not come on and he could not complete the per maintenance vist. He told me he would follow up with me with and e-mail or text message to inform chinch home services. Then he told me I had to pay chinch Another $100 dollars for a repair visit. That shoul not be if he got $100 for coming out for this visit from the insurance company. The prior Tec that came out for another company when this issue happen before when into the attic and for out what was wrong before he left and corrected the problem and it didn’t even take him that long. Is this the norm. When my contract is up I plan on getting another company. No happy with your services they did this on the last heating vist and again today. They only see to want the paper signed for the home visit.

Came to check for a stove leak, there was no leak but he left me with a stove problem that he is charging me $400.+ to fix .

SALVADOR was very rude and condescending. He did not answer and of the questions I had and did not resolve the issue. He was training another representative and I feel that he was showing him the wrong way to communicate and work with the public. I pay to much for this service to have staff that come out and not provide service.

The technician who came out today on November 1st was late. Was discourteous and illiterate.. he gave the manager of his department to completely wrong information and then refuse to allow me to talk to the manager he left the property without doing the repair and no manager has gotten in touch with me I will never use your services again

Great technician. The computer/scheduling was the worst I have ever experienced. No way to talk to a person. AI chat ALWAYS froze at the same point. Emails came telling me to confirm my appointment and didn’t have any button to confirm. I got emails, phone calls and texts, but the scheduler couldn’t find me in the system. Altogether terrible.

Per my tenant,Technician was a no show. But he called me with a fabricated report as if he had made a repair visit.☹️☹️☹️
