Oven
Oven was not coming on. Lawrence adjusted the thermostat and that fixed the problem. He is a very nice guy and walked me through what had happened. I also appreciate the fact that I pretty much knew what time he was coming and he was right on time. P.S. My contract with Choice Home Warranty is under my name, Janice, not my husband's as he passed away 11 years ago.

Lawrence was doing some serious multitasking. As he was diagnosing my dishwasher he's looking up repair parts then looking up a replacement unit. He was lightning quick and very efficient.

Refrigerator repair
Was very please with the service that Santos did on the refrigerator. He was was knowledgeable on the equipment and explained the steps that he was going through to fix the problem.
