He was very polite and answered all my question. He explained what caused the problem and can I do to avoid it. He worked on the refrigerator and fixed.

AC not cooling
Omar arrived at 10:10 am within 8 to 12 pm Appt window. Told him that last Friday, Sunday, and yesterday AC quit cooling after being on continuously for about 4 straight in the afternoon. I turned AC off for 45 min to an hour. When I turned back on it would cool again . He said he checked everything that he can check and that he measured a 19 degree temperature drop which is normal. Said nothing more he could do and to call if it happens again. Omar was courteous and professional.

Repaired the problem
Dennis showed up on time and presented himself well. His work was quick for the project. He kept us informed about the work he was doing. After he finished repairs , he cleaned up the work area and reset the refrigerator back in place. We were happy with him and hiswork .
