" GREAT" Upon completion of the repair he advised us when we could start putting things back into freezer. (about 24 hours) Wonderful news and thanks to Mr. Elijah for representing Sears great quality.

He Knows His Stuff
This is one technician you want on your team. Ask for Maston by name becuase the last three techs that were working on my refrigerator, none of them actually did the diagnostics on the controller. This tells me, Maston is the right person for the job.

Professional & Polite
Maston called with his estimated time of arrival. He was on time and offered a warm and friendly greeting. He diagnosed the problem quickly then went to work immediately. He offered a suggestion to change the settings to hopefully eliminate or extend the amount of time that this issue may occur again. I found the price to be very reasonable. If I need service again I hope that he is the person that is dispatched.
