Polite and Knowledgeable Technician ½
Technician Christopher was very knowledgeable and considerate of my home. He was able to fix my refrigerator which helped take some stress from me during this whole situation. I'd prefer him as my technician in future repairs.

Ethmane is the best representation of what we expect from a repairman. He stayed in contact with me so that I would not be overly inconvenienced waiting for his arrival. He and his assistant worked diligently quietly and cleanly to repair my refrigerator door. I will definitely request him personally in the future if I have any other repair needs.
