Noe did a great job and was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. I think scheduling is crap,i had a appointment for 8am to 12pm he arrived at 3:45pm.This was the second Scheduled appointment the 1st appointment was cancelled by e-mail or text when the technician DID NOT show up after i took off of work 2 days in a row....

Salvador was friendly, fast, and explained the whole process. He was even mentoring a new hire and seemed to be a great teacher by going step by step, helping them understand the how and the why. It was a quick service trip and hopefully I won't have any more issues!
