Rodolfo was the technician that showed up to get my washer back on line. He diagnosed the problem right away but he didn't have the correct part in his truck inventory. He located a source for the part and asked if he could return after 2p.m. to complete the repair. He returned later with the part needed and got the washer back online within minutes. Our first use was this morning and it functioned as expected.
