Washing machine
He came right when expected this morning. Didn't take long to install, I haven't tried using washer yet. Hoping all is well. Only took two visits. One to order part and one to install.

Gary was exceptional .. 6 other technicians couldn't diagnose the problem. Gary was able to identify the problem by the sound of the motor.. he ordered the part and within 5 minutes installed it .. truly above and beyond service
