Knowledgeable and Friendly
Juan was an excellent Service Technician in the repair of our Kenmore Washer and Service of our Kenmore Dryer. He quickly determined the faulty Washer part. Located a replacement at a nearby Store. Quickly replaced the faulty part then performed an excellent service of our Dryer. Looking forward to many more years of good operation of our two Appliances. Juan was very comfortable to be around and communicate with. He has an agreeable personality which made the entire appointment enjoyable.

Gagik was great. I just can believe it took two weeks to get the refrigerator fixed. That a long time for people to be without a refrigerator. Hopefully next time you have parts available when getting a service call. Not Gagik fault he was great.
