Bruce went over and beyond our expectations of trying to get our dryer to work-coming out multiple times to work on it but unfortunately it still doesn't work. He has let Sears know it is 'unfixable' so it's up to Sears now to replace it. Bruce did his part as well as he could.

The first call was dismissed, get an appointment on the phone. Unfortunately, get not a confirmation. After the second phone call, they don't fund my appointment. Get a new appointment on the same day and a confirmation by email. Glenn the technician came on time and gave me the estimate what I accepted.

Tech. did great replacing parts,Pulsator Ass,Cltc/Hsn Asm,Common Nut. Only problem washer tub should've been replace, on bottom of tub a thin layer of some brownies silky item effected inside tub making a mess,and after set of washing effecting clothing. It just a mess underneath of tub just wear and tear on bottom of tub. I had been cleaning there after inside washer tub.
