Freezer is old
William said It actually needs a new door but they don't make them for this model anymore . He fixed it as much as he could.

Good technician but poor scheduling
The technician you sent seem to know what he was doing, however, he didn't have all the parts he needed, and told us he would be back the next day to finish up but then called and said it would be 2 weeks. Weeks. Since our refrigerator was out in the middle of the kitchen floor that was not acceptable. It was finally resolved and he got here only a few days later, but he should have been able to finish up the job on our refrigerator before accepting any other jobs. Breaking it up like that was not the right thing for your company to do.

Dan was by far the best technician we have ever worked with. He was personable and efficient, exposing a serious problem that appeared to have occurred at installation 5 years ago. He may have helped us avoid a dryer fire due to a unconnected internal exhaust pipe. Highly recommended!
