Please fix
Jose was only able to diagnose problem. He did fine with that. He was not allowed to fix machine. I still need a plumber. It has already cost me a service fee. I don't appreciate that!

Protection agreement finally comes to the end of the road!.
My service today and everytime with Dan is always outstanding with top notch experience. He is always going above and beyond the service making sure your machine is running properly with no issues. Unfortunately for me my washer had every part replaced several times. An A++ effort in trying to get it to run the way it should. But like I said we came to the end of the road! Thank you Dan and all of A&E service tech-s for a job extremely well done with great patience and professionalism!
