Repair of LG Top Load Washer by Bruce
Bruce did a great job replacing the shock absorbers in our LG Top Load Washer that we've had for 4 years. It used to sometimes make squeaking noises prior to the replacement of the old shocks which were greasy due to leaks. With the replacement, the squeaking has not occurred after 3 wash cycles. Your parts dept, though, sent 4 boxes each box containing 4 shocks for a total of 16 shocks. The washer only takes 4 shocks & Bruce took back 3 boxes (or 12 shocks) back. The washer suspension rods were not needed & Bruce took those back, too. Please adjust the payment receipt. All in all, Bruce was fast, efficient & friendly in working in a small space. We had to reschedule 3 times over 3 days as your automated scheduling dept kept bumping us back & off the schedule. You need a better system for scheduling customers. Your technicians do a great job, though.
