Eric P was great! Knowledgeable, friendly, communicative and on time. One of our ac units stopped working in spite of it just being 3 y/o. Eric explained what could be the possible issue & did what had to be done. Hopefully this is just a freon issue and nothing more. Overall, it was a positive experience.

This is the fourth time my washer has broken. It is always the same issue, control panel not working. The three previous times it broke service took their time getting around to it, leaving me without a washer for 2 to 4 weeks each time. This time Charles brought the part on his first visit and made the repair. I am so appreciative and relieved that I don't have to be without my washer for weeks like each previous time. Thank you Charles!
