Jose showed up as expected and inspected my refrigerator. He told me the cost of the service and offered me information about a service plan. Jose was quickly and efficiently done with the project. He explained to me what caused the issue and what I could do to prevent the situation from happening again.

The tech was very professional and knowledgeable about the unit. He explained the problem and explained that this part of the unit was not covered under the Sears Home Warranty.
