She Knows Her Stuff
It's always nice to have the same Service Tech show up whenever you call. That's the case with Angel and our Kenmore Water Softener. Today she found an itty-bitty metal ring that had corroded away and literally puled a new one from her bag of tricks (spare parts), put it in place and got us up and running again. That's what I call an excellent Service Technician.
