Joseph was knowledgeable, friendly and fast. He called a few hours before my appointment to discuss the problem I was having with my freezer. After listening to the details he figured out exactly what was needed and picked up the part so he'd have it ready to go when he arrived. Repair was completed within 30 minutes! Highly recommend!

Yesterday Jordan and his team member arrived on time to fix my LG refrigerator that had not been working for over a month. Took several weeks for parts to arrive. They worked for 3 hours to replace the parts and did a great job. I highly recommend Sears Home Services.
