Dryer Repair
Charles called when he was on his way, and showed up shortly. He addressed my concern about my heat issue and checked it out and said was heating properly. That was about all he said. Checked ventilation and was fine. Charles was nice and professional and hope my dryer issue is resolved. Time will tell.

He was professional and was consulting a help guide. He cleaned my washer motor and so far resolved my problem. When showing him my manual to clean out the detergent dispenser, the manual doesn't apply to my machine even though it said it was. The manual needs to be corrected. He didn't know how to clean out the detergent dispenser, so this is still a procedure I need to know how to do! Overall Charles did a good job.

Nudist technician
I actually thought the techs name was "Kendall" but we can go with William. I wasn't present at the home and gave access via a lockbox key. During the repair I checked my security camera in the home and discovered that the tech was working on the refrigerator without a stitch of clothing on!!! Very disappointing service
Came after appointment window. Did not know what the reason for the visit was. Saw the dishwasher and arrogantly laughed and said I have not been using rinse aid to dry dishes, when I said I do, he said he doesn't believe it. Did a half hearted diagnostic in the dishwasher and told me I don't load the dishes well and they should be tilted at an angle. When I showed him the top rack, and asked him how to angle in that, he had no reply. When I told him that after a cycle, the steam is minimal, he said he can't stay the entire cycle to see that and that I should have kept the dishwasher running and near the end of the cycle for him to see. He did not aak me to do that when he called few hours ago, also his window was 12-5 and he arrived after 6, so how would one anticipate when to start a cycle. Overall, he was not interested in spending any time or effort, asked me to get a second opinion with another technician who might give a different opinion, was arrogant and tried to make fun of the fact that there was no rinse aid in the dw at the time he saw and just anchored to that, was not willing to consider the possibility that the de heating element or something else was not upto the mark. He wanted to only blame me, not trust me that I would not be stupid enough to not use rinse aid and call a technician to tell me that.
