Arrived on time. Friendly. Correctly diagnosed the problem. Suggested additional replacement parts (they were inexpensive). Ordered the parts. Fixed it. I will use them again. Only complaint: since the unit is about 20 years old, had to order the parts and it took a week to get them; he had to make two visits.

He was outstanding! Very courteous and professional. Great problem solver. Was able to fix device that prior technician would not even attempt to take out of wall. Sears is very lucky to have this employee in the team.
