Tam is awesome, he sure know what he is doing
This comment is not to do with Tam . THIS REPAIR SITUATION WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH . THIS TOOK 62 DAYS , 62 DAYS TO GET THIS REFRIGERATOR FIXED . SO MANY PHONE CALLES , SO MANY PROMISES, SO MANY LET DOWNS . ONLY ONE MANAGER CALLED ME BACK AFTER 45 DAYS LATER ONLY ONE PERSON WOULD HELP ME , AND FELT MY PAIN. . FIVE OUT OF 6 PARTS CAME IN WITHIN 8 DAYS . THE COMPRESSER TOOK FOREVER , A SERVICE CENTER , HAD 14 INSOCK 2 BLOCKS FROM MY HOUSE ,THIS FACILITY WAS USED IN THE PAST 4 MONTHS AGO WHEN SERVICE NEEDED A PART FOR THE SAME REFRIGERATOR. I SPENT OVER $300 IN ICE AND OVER $200 IN WATER , ALSO FOOD LOSE ,DO THAT I HAD TO USE A COOLER. I STOPPED COUNTING 2 WEEKS AGO JUST MADE ME MORE AND MORE UPSET . I CALLED SERVICE OVER 52 TIMES IN THE PAST 2 MONTHS, HOURS HOURS AND HOURS, ASKING FOR HELP OR TO FIND A SOLUTION. THEN I TOOK ALMOST 3 WEEKS JUST TO GET THE PARTS INSTALLED . THE FOURTH RESCHEDULED FINALY GOT A 5 HOUR WINDOW . I WORKED FOR SEARS FOR 39 YEARS, IM EMBARRASSED TO SAY NOW I WORKED FOR THAT COMPANY . MY WARRANTY EXPIRES IN OCTOBER, I WILL NOT RENEW THIS EVER AGAIN. YOU LOST A VERY GOOD CUSTOMER, I HAVE SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS ON APPLIANCE WARRANTIES. MAKES YOU WANT TO THINK WHY ME . VERY UPSET CUSTOMER!!!!

Ice maker nightmare
By far, the most knowledgeable & courteous, technician that's stepped into my home for a repair. Jose explained the common issue with this particular ice unit, what to look for before it quits & even showed me how to remove the front cover of the freezer to clean the freezer floor. Extremely thorough & I'm so grateful.
