John did an excellent job. He kept us informed about how the system works and did a very good job of repairing the two appliances. I wish the phone support from the company would be better. Different people told me different things and especially about the wait times.

Jose is excellent service technician! i had a number of issues scheduling services, finding out status and with simple calling. Not one of your representatives could tell me the status of my service request. Then Jose arrived and had the correct part and adaptor and fixed the GE Monogram refrigerator today! He was knowledgeable, friendly, resourceful and had an amazing 25 years of service. An excellent representative and technician for Sears. A definite keeper!!

Charles and Gerry were great. So the five star rating is for Charles and Gerry only. I would rate Customer service ZERO stars. Customer service and trying to talk to a live person sucked from not ordering the right parts, quantity of parts, and changing the repair schedule after telling them specifically when I would be home.
