The gentleman that came out today to repair my refrigerator was very nice and professional, explained to me what was wrong with my refrigerator. It was a better experience than what I had previously with another technician.

Bill was polite, courteous, professional. and on top of everyting he does execellent work. He communitcates with you even before getting to your home. I would highly recommend him without any reservations. Can't say much about the other three techs who never showed up, rescheduled after being 3 hours late and not showing up. (we were the first am stop) Thank God for Bill.
