Our refrigerator ice machine died. The technicians could not get the needed part but it was here several days later. When they installed it, it turned out to instead be a water valve. He was able to source the water valve from a nearby coworker. It was installed and the ice maker is working great. They were helpful and friendly. I am completely happy with them and the way they went out of the way to get our ice maker working again.

John was professional and explained everything. Unfortunately he was not told by CWS what the problem was and found out that a previous technician did not do a full repair , breaking some parts and leaving screws off. This will cost me to order the replacement part and then have it installed
