Ross knows his stuff
We have had several repairmen do maintenance checks over the years under our warranty, and they were all good, but Ross was the most thorough and most knowledgeable yet. He checked things no one else seemed to, and gave us more information about how to maintain our appliances than any of the others. He was friendly to us, and our curious dogs, but mostly focused and professional. If we need service again I hope we draw him.
