Alan was great!
My technician was incredible. He knew his job kept me informed and was quick on this repair. The communication with Sears however was terrible. I had to re-change my work schedule six times for appointments where people did not show up. I would get an email that would say one date and a text message that would say another date and no one would call to verify which date and they wouldn't show up for either one. This was an extremely challenging repair.
