Enjoyed meeting Taylor. He arrived when he said he would be at my door. He was friendly and got down to business immediately. He explained the problem with the frig and took his time fixing it. We will ask for him specifically if we encounter any problem with any other appliances.

Ross replaced the controller part with the new one that was mailed to my house. He did it so quickly I didn't even get to say "Thank you!" Happily, several hours later the ice is falling. Yippee!!
