Amazing, professional, communicative, efficient
Robert phoned me the morning of with a 2 hour window (much better than the entire day I was originally provided). I asked him to give me a 15 minute heads up which he did. He was professional, quick to diagnosing the problem, and providing a solution. He was pleasant to converse with during the repair. Tidy in his post work clean. So appreciative of a hard working, honest man!
