Service Samsung Washer
John's diagnosis of the problem was very thorough. He even consulted another Sears Tech and Samsung Technical Support. Based on error code 8C a shotgun approach would be needed to assure the problem would be fixed in one call. Unfortunately the cost of parts and labor made the repair non cost effective.

Ross showed up on time. He worked efficiently and installed all new parts in no time at all. Ross was the 3rd technician to come to our home. 1st technician said he couldn't get through to Sears for approval because of a new process. He said he would follow up next week. Never heard another word. Called again for service and the 2nd technician came out, ordered parts needed and made a new appointment to install new parts. New parts received here at our home well before appointment. Nobody showed up for appointment. Called again for service. 3rd technician (Ross) showed up at appointment time and got the job done. Ross gets 5 stars! Our issue with Sears is the original service date was months ago. Ross was shocked to see the original service date also. Is there a problem with the process in following up with customers? The Sears call line just takes you into a loop and no human is available to discuss/correct a problem. That's a big issue right there. Sears follow up process gets no stars

So easy to make an appointment, Ross did a good job of keeping us up to date on arrival. He did a thorough diagnostic on the machine. Not sure yet on diagnosis but will see what happens in the next few weeks!

Not pleased with Sears Home Service right now. Have been waiting since JUNE 19, today is AUGUST 7 for refridgerator to be repaired. Still not repaired due to part not even being shipped. It's not the techs fault, it's Sears fault. In the mean time have been hauling ice and living out of ice chest...I AM DONE!
