Technician was great!!!
The service provided by the technician was great!!!!! He was very helpful and polite!!! I thanked him several times for the repair on my dryer!!! He did an excellent job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!👍👍👍👍👍 100% satisfied!!! But the company service was poor, the company kept rescheduling me or no one would show up on my appointment dates.

Wendell provided great customer service and replaced compressor on refrigerator but in a few days freezer is icing up and leaking water from bottom of refrigerator, have called over and over to AHS and sent email to Sears, still problems with frig, new recall service order but still no scheduled appointment from Sears for recall

Unable to fix 3 yr old fridge
Can't fix a 3 yr old Kenmore fridge. Had model information for a week and didn't bother reviewing before driving out here. Kept saying "Hey they don't tell me anything." Really poor experience. Total waste of money. Won't buy Kenmore ever again.

Makeins a loud clicking noise

Well it was a terrible experience. At first it took forever for them to find a technician close enough to where we are located. He came order a part didn't said anything else just said that he was going to order a part. Part arrived he came back and said that warranty wasn't going to cover because there were roaches in the washer. I told him that we have a pest control contract and that they come to our facility to spray once per month. He said that we will have to talk to somebody else. Didn't have information of who to call just left. I ask the ladies that are in charge of laundry if they have seen roaches in the laundry room and they said no. So our washer didn't got fixed.

Awful
We waited all day at our house from 8am to 5pm, and no one came. The technician said we "refused service." What a waste of our time. Ridiculous.

Kenmore. Refrigerator Maintenance
This is the 3rd or 4th set of repair parts and 5th repair visit. Fridays we wait for hour in our home hoping… and disappointed. We purchased 2 refrigerators- one for us and one for my daughter. Neither one cools/freezes. We've lost food and time. VERY disappointed in Sears and the Service we've received. WE ARE ASKING FOR A NEW REFRIGERATOR AND COMPENSATION FOR OUR LOST IN FOODS/TIME/INCONVENIENCE
