Washing machine repair
The technician knew what was wrong with my machine from my description of the sound and smell. Had part on his truck and was able to get it replaced and running in about an hour and a half. Very professional!! I would highly recommend Joel for future repairs.

He was polite and as far as I know everything will be working. We've been without a fridge/freezer for a month. It would have been nice to have an email sent explaining that there were only 3 parts when I was told there was supposed to have 4 parts. The job could have been done sooner had I known. Joel did a good job.
