Immediate diagnosis and no-hassle repair
Joel was very familiar with our LG refrigerator, ordered a new compressor and supporting parts while on site and scheduled the repair to coincide with the parts arrival. It took a week for the parts to arrive which was a pain but we couldn't expect better service. There was no arguing and no bureaucratic delays. Just do what is necessary to get our frig running again. Thank you Joel.
