My 5 stars was for the real person that came and fixed my refrigerator. Your technician was very nice and friendly. She went right to work and fixed my refrigerator. Your "virtual tech", however, never showed up for repairs or service, but did cancel 4 appointments gets a Zero stars. So your artificial intelligence "AI" service doesn't work for me. I had 5 appointments 4 were cancelled or changed on the day of appointment (after I waited all day) by your "AI" even after it said tech was on the way. This is unacceptable for me. My time means nothing to you; but is very valuable to me. I will not be extending my Service agreement because I mean nothing to your business.
