Jake was on time, polite and professional. No faults were found and at that time, but as soon as he left the washer would not power up, no display . I want this corrected but I do not want to pay for another service call. I have been waiting all day after rescheduling for the 14th, can not wait all day and unable to contact a person at sears repair. I have been disconnected 5 times and my schedule appt has chgd 2 times with time period from 3 am to 12 pm? Please have someone contact me by phone

The repair man himself was great, however, the website is flawed in that you can’t see accurate details about where your technician is. We were told he would be there between 9:55-11:30 and he did not arrive until after 1:30. No delays were communicated, and I could not get a real perosn on the phone or through the chat so that was slightly frustrating. Overall the service was great but communication was poor.

I cannot rate the technician because he never showed. He also would not answer my phone calls instead he sent me to voicemail multiple times and canceled my appointment.

John himself nice man. Thought he had fixed the problem, but had not. Immediately called Sears at approximate 12:00. Was informed tech had been contacted and would return within a couple of hours. It is now 5. Called Sears back and they have NO open service order and told me I would have to contact my home warranty company and open new contract. So sick of this unnecessary nonsense. Now no washing machine for ANOTHER week.
