Everything went great. Steve saw our need and repaired immediately. We were very thankful for his prompt, professional and courteous service. He checked the freezer draw that we had reported and said runner is cracked but he took no further action. We'll work with it and if we have future issues we'll expect it to be repaired accordingly. with no further charge since this issue was asked to be repaired as well on this visit.
