The part had been shipped directly to me which had not been made clear to me to expect that. Therefore I called to reschedule the appointment earlier. Steve called in advance to give us his estimated arrival time. He arrived promptly as promised. Gave him the parts of which there were two although we found only one was needed. He installed the part and explained how it worked. He checked the operation and asked if we had any questions. He was very professional.

Cortez was on time and very professional. He called me an hour away to verify location and how to enter the premises. If I ever have a problem with any appliance in the future, I will request him to be the technician. In today's world, I was pleasantly surprised.

Timely service but very expensive
I gave Steve 5 stars for his timely service and knowledge of the type of repair my refrigerator required. I was not happy with the over $430 charged for the maybe 1.5 hours total labor involved. I did not lower the rating because apparently that is the set price for this particular type of repair.
