Hercules was on time and as he always has been very courteous. He is knowledgeable and careful with my appliance. He completed the part installation and left everything in place. I wish it was possible to have Hercules every time I need service.

As great as Glenn is, I am not happy with Sears Home Service. I had to wait beyond what I deem a reasonable time. If it had been a freezer, all would have been lost, and you don't cover loss.

Jonathan, the technician did a quick and efficient job with the reparation of the refrigerator. However, I also have an upright freezer that is supposed to be repaired. I received the parts already. I have tried to contact someone in Sears repair to let them know, but all I get is the automated system that tells me I have an appointment on April 8th. That date has already passed and I'm still waiting for someone to install the parts. I've tried various times to speak to a human, but all I get it the system that is not helpful.

Best Service and Diagnosis
I've had several service calls in almost 3 years. Trying to fix my ice Maker on. My refrigerator purchased that Sears . The technicians came and went ordered. I'm sure several thousand dollars worth of parts and could never fix the issue period the new company sears contracted to comma what's the best. They were able to diagnose the Problem in the first visit. They ordered the part, came back to install, And the ice maker worked, the first time in almost three years. I am very grateful. The new contracted company was able to solve the problem. if Sears had contracted to them in the first place, it would not have taken 3 years to fix the issue.
