Kenneth was a good tech. Your software system stinks. I waited for the second appointment to show up and and no one ever did att the appointed day and time. Finally gave up and three days later an appointment was issued. Meanwhile I wasted a whole day waiting for my request to be filled. Repeatedly tried to find a person to talk to and got nada. My previous experience with Sears had been good. I will not use your service anymore. Tech was great, securing an appointment was not. The software kept scheduling a virtual appointment so was of no use to me. You need more options for scheduling as well. I'm pretty sure no one on your end will ever read this and try to fix it. I would think about half of your potential customers give up and schedule with another company.
