Refrigerator filter stuck
Christopher was the person I was fortunate to get for the repair need. He was kind, friendly, professional and it took him a short time to do the repair I needed. He did the repair fast and everything was great. A good man.

Hard to make an appointment, could not get a human being
It was very hard to get an appointment, I could only get AI recoding never a human being. Chris did a good job when they let him come I had to wait over a month to get my washer fixed. To me that is totally unacceptable. I'm very frustrated with Sears Home Services.

Luna review
The system generated to many texts messages and some repetitive. Other than that I'm very satisfied. Chris was very helpful and even prevent full. So he came twice and make sure that the dishwasher was working.
