Great technician, unfair cost!
The technician was on time and made the repair in a very reasonable manner. My problem has nothing to do with him. My problem is the charge for installing a part that I had purchased at the suggestion of the first technician that came to diagnose the problem. I am certainly willing to pay for service rendered but paying close to $400 for something that took 20 minutes to complete is a little much. The impression I got from the first technician was that it would not be a significant cost to install a part I could order. How wrong I was! If they had informed me of the cost, then I, at least, would have had full information. Be careful!
