Sears tech, William called before his arrival, arrived with mask, shoe covers and equipment needed for the repair. He is always courteous, explained repairs to customer and did an outstanding job. His work is always outstanding.

Tyler was efficient and knew what he was doing. The microwave part that was ordered by another technician was the wrong one. He apologized for the error and I explained he was not at fault. He was friendly and knowledgeable.

The technician Taylor was such a great man; but your company is not great at all !!! The communication within the company and with the customers is pretty dismal. I pay every month. My policy is automatically renewed then I have to pay for each individual Appliance $100 and wait a whole day for someone to come and service me. On top of that because part didn't come in (and in fact it did!), They canceled the visit without informing me that they weren't coming and after I waited from 8 to 5 PM for the technician. This is the reason I will never get another home warranty plan with Sears. Very disjointed company.
