Wayne was great! Sears home services STINK!!!!! I feel like 3rd class citizen every time I use them. Terrible customer service and SLOW response. They have to "research" to see if a part is ready for 21days? We don't live in Russia.

Dennis showed up on time and was very friendly and polite. I described what had happened with my microwave and he knew exactly what was wrong. He had it fixed in less than an hour and was on his way.

Donald is a well trained professional
Donald is wonderful!! My microwave hasn't worked since March 2024. He has come a number of times to repair, still hasn't worked even with numerous parts being replaced. He was on the phone with his boss and with whom ever can make the call that my microwave must be replaced. Looks like it will finally be replaced. It has been serviced 7 times in 7 months, Donald has been the service professional for 6 of those visits. He really fought for me because I have been very frustrated with the service I have gotten from Sears. My next resort was to open a complaint with the BBB and call Dears corporate offices.
