The problems were functional idiosyncrasies. Our frog is 13 years old, the range is about 12 years old. He was able to correct the problem without having to order  parts , So we can get back to fully using our refrigerator and

Alonso was fine but his hands were tied.  No parts were sent out so he couldn't fix the problem.   The first time the parts were ordered only one part was shipped and it wasn't the right part.  The other part was canceled This has been going on for over a month!  Now I have to wait for some committe to make some decidion.  I just bought this dishwasher 5 months ago (now 6) and it already broken down.  What kind of quality is this?    All of the back room issues going on, can go on without me.  I am the customer and shouldn't have to be put through all of your processes. meetings, parts mismanagement,  etc.  I want a NEW dishwasher.
