Refrigerator Finally Fixed
It took almost two weeks to get my refrigerator fixed so was not happy about that, but finally Eric showed up, installed the parts, and all is good since the refrigerator is now working great. Eric was very punctual, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Thanks

My technician was terrific! Sears MUST GET ITS DISPATCHING ACT TOGETHER, HOWEVER. There is no excuse for me to reserve an 8:00am-Noon appt window, receive an email at 7:21am on the day of service telling me that I'm next on the list and my technician should arrive 8:15-8:45am and ultimately be pushed back further and further until he eventually is expected to arrive 1.5 hours past the end of my window. THERE SHOULD ONLY BE ONE DISPATCHER PER TECHNICIAN PER APPLIANCE SPECIALTY - AND PREFERABLY THAT DISPATCHER SHOULD HAVE A KEEN WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF THE SOUTHWEST MICHIGAN AREA WITH MORE ACCURATE TRAVEL TIMES BETWEEN APPOINTMENTS. Sorry for raising my voice here, but this is simply common sense and efficiency of staffing. Again, Robert was terrific!😊
