Barry is awesome
What a great guy Barry is and an asset to your company. My refrigerator was not your straightforward issue since it started working again before Barry arrived, however, that did not deter Barry one bit from throughly thinking through the situation and talking things through to make sure he had the most information. Keep up the great work Barry! Thank you for what you do and the difference you make!

Ice maker
Rafael easily completed the job that required ordered parts after visits by two other technicians. We are happy with his work. We were satisfied that the second technician figured out the problem. We are dissatisfied with the first technician who simply told us we needed to change filters and the problem would be solved. Changing filters did not resolve anything with the ice maker.

He was very knowledgeable about this Model Washer. I was able to learn that Sears evidently knew about the Bleach coming into the washer in the designated load, but even in the one(s) after that one. he also went over the set-up of the various categories on the Round dial and on the "lighted" set-up below that. Thank you.

Rickey took one look at our 1993 Kenmore Washing Machine and within one minute had diagnosed the problem. He is friendly and very knowledgeable. Rickey is one reason why it is worth it to have a Sears Service Warranty on your appliances.
